Coconut laddoos are an Indian cuisine specially made during festivals like Diwali, Ganesh Chaturthi and Dussehra.

Ingredients needed: Grated coconut, Milk, Sugar, Ghee

Preparation: Heat a tsp of ghee and fry the grated coconut slightly. Then add milk and cook on medium low until all the milk is absorbed! Keep stirring frequently to avoid the milk from getting burnt. When all the milk is absoibed, add sugar. Keep cooking on low flame for some more time until the mixture becomes sticky and you are able to make balls out of it Once it cools slightly, grease your hands with a little ghee and make even-sized balls out of it. Delicious Coconut laddoo is ready.
